Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy + Psychedelic Integration

Psychedelic integration therapy does not require you to have had a “positive” or transformative experience. We also work with experiences that were difficult, destabilizing, disappointing, or simply unclear.

Sometimes the experience itself is powerful.
The harder part is knowing what to do with what it opened.

You may:

  • be considering psychedelic-assisted therapy and want thoughtful preparation before beginning

  • have had an experience that felt meaningful, confusing, overwhelming, or difficult to make sense of

  • feel that something shifted internally, but struggle to translate that insight into everyday life

  • be revisiting old memories, emotions, relationships, or questions about identity and meaning

  • want support integrating changes in how you see yourself, your relationships, or your life

  • be looking for a therapist who can engage this work without either pathologizing it or romanticizing it

We work with all of this and more.

“The experience may open the door. Integration is how we learn to live differently once we walk through it.”
—Dr. Courtnay

The experience is not the whole therapy.

Psychedelic experiences can bring forward emotions, memories, perspectives, and ways of seeing ourselves that may be difficult to access in ordinary states of consciousness. But what emerges is not automatically clear, complete, or transformative simply because it feels profound.

Our work is to help you stay curious about what surfaced, make sense of it in the context of your life, and explore what—if anything—you want to carry forward. Integration may involve the body, relationships, old patterns, grief, identity, meaning, or concrete changes in how you live.
