Why I’m Opening an In-Person Women’s Group in Los Angeles This December

Holidays have a way of stirring things up. They surface memories, patterns, expectations, and sometimes a kind of loneliness that doesn’t show on the outside.

Lately, I’ve been paying attention to how often clients share their struggle with connection—not just emotional connection, but community and belonging. It often sounds like:

“I don’t really know where I belong anymore.”
“I’ve outgrown old circles but haven’t found new ones.”
“I feel alone.”

These aren’t failures. They’re signals. They’re reminders that insight alone is not always regulating. Growth can get very internal, but the body still asks for something external: presence, contact, a space to land.

This is one reason I’m building re: — because people need more, and people need different. We need places to embody the insight, not just understand it. Places where connection isn’t forced, but felt.

So during this holiday season, when connection often feels complicated or performative, I’m opening an in-person women’s group in Los Angeles on Wednesday, December 4 at 6pm. A small circle. A room where we can slow down, regulate together, and practice relating in a way the nervous system can actually feel.

This won’t be a clinical group, though it will be therapeutic. We will use somatic practices, reflection, breath, and conversation to create space for what’s real, without the pressure to fix anything.

If you’ve been craving clarity, community, or simply somewhere you don’t have to hold everything alone, this might be for you.

To learn more or apply for a spot, send me the word WOMEN and I will share the details personally. Space is intentionally limited so it can stay human.

Wishing you presence this week—not perfection.
