What matters to me in therapy
Trust, curiosity, and helping you feel safe enough to look beneath the surface. I’m interested in the connection between mind and body, the parts of us that take over when we feel threatened or overwhelmed, and the old wounds that can quietly shape how we move through the world.

Dancing in the kitchen with my kids. Yoga. Reading about the brain. Teaching, learning, and finding new ways to grow. And occasionally belting out Pat Benatar on the guitar.
